Yes, Baobella only sells 100% new and authentic products. We only buy products directly from manufacturing brands or brand authorised suppliers in the country of origin and dispatch directly from the UK. Baobella also possesses 98% customer satisfaction, please feel free to purchase on our website.
When will I receive my order?
We normally dispatch all orders from our warehouse based in London within 12 hours of your purchase. We use Royal Mail 24 hours service to delivery your beauty products to ensure you will receive it on time! You will receive your products within 1-2 working days of your order in the UK (except weekend or public holidays), 3-4 working days to Europe.

There is no tax or duty to pay for any order, if you live in the UK and Europe. Baobella is a UK limited company, orders are sent from our warehouse in London.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
